1. Ownership and Proprietary Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all source code, database schemas, AI prompt engineering, and UI design) are and will remain the exclusive property of VerityLink Communications and its licensors. This software is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other proprietary laws. You are granted a limited license to USE the App; you are NOT granted any ownership rights.

2. Restrictions on Use (Non-Theft Clause)

By using this App, you agree NOT to, and will not permit others to:

•Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
•Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software logic or AI prompt structures.
•Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense any part of the App to third parties without express written consent.
•Use the App to build a competing product or service.

3. Legal Compliance & Wiretapping

Consent

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all parties in a call have consented to interaction with an AI agent and/or recording, in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws (e.g., TCPA, GDPR). You warrant that you have the legal right to monitor and process all data submitted to the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VerityLink Communications harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your failure to comply with privacy or recording laws.

4. AI Limitations and No-Advice Disclaimer

Machine Generation

You acknowledge the App uses Artificial Intelligence. AI outputs are machine-generated and may contain hallucinations or errors. VerityLink Communications does not guarantee accuracy.

No Professional Advice

The App is a tool for data collection. It does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. All AI summaries must be verified by a human professional before action is taken.

5. Limitation of Liability & 'As Is' Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE.' TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERITYLINK COMMUNICATIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL VERITYLINK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
